  • KT tape – I’m so glad I was introduced to this stuff, way better than sports tape for injuries
  • Foam roller
  • The stick
  • Bands for stretching

  • Larabars/Raw Rev bars… I hoard these
  • Gallon jug full of water
  • MGN whey isolate
  • USPlabs Modern BCAA’s
  • PEANUT BUTTER
