When I first became interested in improving my health I had absolutely no idea what to do or where to even begin. It took a lot of research, browsing and trial/error to end up where I am today. I still have improvements to make, I always will because I feel that we must always work to better ourselves as human beings. There is no such thing as having too much knowledge.
Here are some of the prime resources/tools that I used. Also just because I can I’m going to add stuff to each section that has absolutely nothing to do with nutrition/training… Because “the world aint all sunshine and rainbows” isn’t all about improving yourself, you’ve gotta have fun along the way too.
