I’ve been doing great, working a lot making bank and enjoying some free time (more to come next post). Sorry you guys should know I enjoy cliffhangers just as much as the next guy 😉
I figured I’d share with you some recent eats seeing since I’ve been back, you know the whole 2 posts I haven’t done much of the nutrition thing.
Green smoothies are a daily occurrence…
Spinach, frozen banana, almond milk, chocolate protein powder and ice! YUM!
All blended up, don’t knock it til ya try it
And of course poured into the most adorable mug my biff got me for Christmas. Thanks, Lauren 🙂
Green eggs, blueberries heated with almond butter and coffee with coconut creamer is also pretty much a daily occurrence and when it’s not I hit up on the bacon. After all breakfast is very much the most important meal of the day
Berries and almond butter. Looks gross but so good. Well at least I think so, but to be honest some of my co-workers think I’m whacked. Good thing they don’t read this because I’m pretty sure they would not longer speak to me after seeing blender pics of my green smoothie.
Dinner is usually a hodge podge of goodies. Loving broccoli slaw or broccoli with either ground beef or turkey, salsa and cheese or guac!
Oh and I eat chicken everysingleday, and never get sick of it.
