Hi lovelies! First off, thank you for all your positive feedback on my last post!
PR on what you might ask? Deadlifts, standard. Oh and wait my bench press! Wha? Deadlift: 185 for 2 reps, Bench: 105 for 2 reps (failed on 3rd rep).
BELLLLLAY! Some abs up top, 2 pack? Ha! 🙂
Well I’m off to step class. Don’t ask. I woke up really wanting to get my cardio on? I worry myself at times 😉 Figured I’d settle the “craving” with a good old step class accompanied by a good friend!
