What’s this about?
My plan is to post my workouts under my training page, and list a majority of what I eat from day to day. No worries, there will be plenty of pictures for all you food porn lovers out there! It’s cool, I won’t judge you… I’m one too!
I am not very familiar with wordpress, so please accept my lame looking posts for the time being. I promise to work on my skills 😉
My original intentions were to compete in a figure show in May 2011. However, as the date gets closer to prep time I am realizing that I am not in the right place mentally or physically to compete. I do hope to compete in the near future though. I have hip dysplasia in my left hip, so training can get a bit funky. I still kick my butt as much as possible, but I do have to be careful with my form a tad more than some others do.
Off to get some work done and then gym later! My workout will be posted, pinky swear.
